VPAM-1000-2000-100 is a high power GaN broadband amplifier operating from 1000 MHz to 2000 MHz with 100W saturated output. Features 50 dB gain, ±2 dB flatness, -15 dBc harmonic suppression, high linearity, 50Ω input/output, SMA connectors, and DC bias 28V/15A. Rugged design operates from -20°C to +55°C with 95% humidity tolerance.
